Website analytics and ad measurement

Optional analytics notice · 29 October 2026

On by default, with a choice to turn off

Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Meta Pixel are on by default within the scope below, without an automatic pop-up. Use the analytics settings on the page to turn both services off or on at any time. We respect saved opt-outs and browser Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track preferences. Saved opt-outs do not expire automatically. Turning analytics off does not affect browsing, price estimates, enquiries or order services, and does not automatically delete information already sent. If your browser cannot save settings, your opt-out applies only to the current page.

What Google Analytics measures and why

We use GA4 to understand where visitors stop: viewing public pages, opening the estimator, starting dimension entry, seeing an estimate, selecting the measuring link, entering the measuring step, successfully submitting an enquiry, and selecting email or WhatsApp. A contact click does not confirm a message was sent. GA4 also includes technical information such as device, browser, approximate location and referral channel. It does not represent every visitor.

Our GA4 custom events do not send names, email addresses, telephone numbers, addresses, opening photos, free-text notes, exact measurements, enquiry references or access codes. For Google Analytics, we strip ordinary query parameters and fragments from page URLs and retain only filtered campaign attribution fields. In GA4, we do not enable Google signals, advertising personalisation or User-ID linking.

Google Analytics storage and service provider

When analytics is on, Google Analytics uses first-party analytics cookies to distinguish browsers and visits; these do not identify a visitor by name. Your browser also stores any analytics choice you make and a short-lived deduplication state so repeated actions are not repeatedly counted as funnel steps. Google processes analytics information under its terms, potentially outside Australia. We do not promise Australian-only storage.

Opt-outs, browser blocking and technical failures can leave gaps in reporting. Collection begins when analytics is enabled; past unrecorded actions cannot be recovered.

Meta Pixel: public page visits

Meta Pixel helps us measure visits from Facebook and Instagram advertising. It records only page views (PageView) on selected public information and marketing pages. We do not send Purchase or Lead events through the Pixel, or use it on quote, order or admin pages. Meta tracking also stays off when the page URL or referring URL does not pass our safety checks.

Meta may receive your IP address, browser and device information, permitted public page and referring URLs, ad click identifiers such as fbclid, and cookie identifiers. URLs received by Meta may include permitted campaign parameters; the GA4 URL filtering described above does not apply to Meta. We do not send form contents, exact measurements, photos or order details to Meta. Meta handles this information under its privacy policy and may store or process it outside Australia.
